Separator

Lately I've gotten into brandy, and I've been looking for things to do with it. I ran across this recipe from my bartending school paperwork. I'll have to try it tonight at McGrath's.


Ingredients

Glassware: Rocks glass
1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Kahlua
Float Cream


Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with ice
Pour brandy
Float Kahlua
Float Cream
