Scooby Snack

When I learned this shot in Bartending School, I was sure that I'd hate it. Well, I couldn't be more wrong. I had the chance to try it, and the Scooby Snack is a really neat little invention!


Ingredients

1/2 oz. Midori
1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Whipped cream for garnish


Instructions

Fill a boston shaker with ice
Pour Malibu and Midori
Splash pineapple juice
Shake and strain into a double shotglass
Garnish with whipped cream
