Gimlet

I learned this from my Bartending School, and I have to say, it's a fabulous way to enjoy gin.

Ingredients

Glassware: Rocks glass

1 oz. Gin

1/2 oz. Lime Juice (fresh if possible)

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with ice

Pour Gin and Lime Juice

Garnish with a Lime Wedge
